The people sitting in the reception are either dumb or very bad person as they don't guide the guest properly and ask for unjustified charges when you check out.

Hotel was at convenient location serviced by courteous staff and may be not excellent but good food quality. Service was prompt. However they need to maintain good higene by providing fresh feeling bed covers.

We had an overnight stay at hotel Regal while returning from MahaKumbh and it was a pleasant stay. The deluxe room had a double bed with a clean bath and toilet. Basic toiletries were provided and complimentary breakfast was also good, although not a wide spread. The hotel also offers room service.

The room was clean and tidy. No electric kettle is provided which according to me is a necessity for tourists visiting during winters responsive and helpful staff

The hotel was like a lodge. The mattresses and quilts were not good. There was no kettle to heat water. There was no room service at all.

I checked in with my family. The rooms were decent. Washroom was also decent. When i entered the room, there was complimentary apples, biscuits, wafers etc which was a welcome surprise. My meal plan had breakfast included. The buffet breakfast was marvelous (taste wise and variety wise as well. So for the price paid, i got very good value. So i will recommend this hotel.
